TechDiscriminates collects first-person accounts of discrimination and misconduct in the tech industry, written by the people who lived them. You can read the published stories or add your own.
The record spans venture capital, big tech, startups, and AI
Accounts come from people who worked across those four segments. They describe bias, retaliation, pay gaps, and exits that never get named in public. The form does not ask for your name. Accounts from people in other industries are welcome too.
Submissions are anonymous and one-way
- Anonymous. You choose how much to share, and the form does not ask for your name.
- One direction only. A submission travels to a private intake and is not stored on this website.
- Yours to keep. Published accounts stay in the submitter’s own words, and the submitter keeps all rights to them.
Stories are personal accounts, not legal findings
The accounts here are the personal experiences and perspectives of the people who submit them. They support awareness, dialogue, and advocacy. They are not findings of fact or legal conclusions, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
